Coworking Spaces : The New Post Pandemic Office

Today i am not sharing any information related to Springhouse. This post is related to a Springhouse coworker’s self experience which he shared with me & I have written that in this blog.

I recently met a colleague of mine at a coffee shop because I was really taxed out and wanted to write about something more invigorating and different. That is when my friend told me to write about coworking spaces. I had heard about shared office spaces before but I found it to be a very intriguing topic to write about.

I asked my friend to give me a brief about them and that is exactly what I will write about. A coworker’s thoughts working in a coworker space is what I will portray in this blog.

When covid struck the world in 2020, people had to get used to working from home. This was something out of the blue for everyone. People had known about WFH culture but that being a regular part of their lives going forward was something that gave mixed feelings of excitement and petrification.

Excitement because daily commuting from office to home and vice versa becomes tiring so a relief from that but at the same time petrification as well because sitting at home 24*7 can really get you lazy and less productive over a period of time.

As the pandemic receded, offices started reopening some at full capacity while others at percentage capacity. But the WFH culture had set in so rapidly in the daily routine that people were now desperate to leave their homes and go work and meet new people.

That is when the graph of coworking spaces started rising rapidly as the demand started increasing. Coworking spaces literally mean ‘a space where people work together’. That is a whole ecosystem in itself. A culture where you meet and get to know other people while raising your own growth chart.

When one hears shared office spaces the basic question arises - What are coworking spaces? The answer - it is everything that you ever wish you got in a single budget.

Coworking spaces have all the essentials of an office that you otherwise would have to pay extra to gain the benefit of. A table to work, a chair to relax, stationery to use, internet to surf, in house pantry to munch on and more all covered under one amount is something to savour. All those extra money notes you spend on these essentials a coworking space has got you covered.

Moreover, more businesses and freelancers nowadays want an office which feels like home. A writer such as myself who wants a peaceful environment without undue pressure and a breakout zone to soothe my nerves would consider renting a coworking space near me.

Additionally, you get to meet new like-minded people and expand your connections. Networking is such an important part of work culture you don’t get to meet new people in your own private office.

You get the services of meeting rooms and mentoring sessions as well so you can attend to your business clients properly. These office spaces are affordable and budget-friendly so no hassle of paying rent.

There are many shared office spaces in Noida, Delhi NCR & Gurgaon and they are near posh locations like airports, railway stations etc which saves you the time of travel in case of emergency situations.

I would advise all SMEs and freelancers if you are looking for a home and office 2-in-1 then coworking spaces are the best option. Pick your phone to contact the nearest shared office space near you & book your seat now.
